We are Hiring – Clerk of Works

Join our team as a Clerk of Works and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects.

We are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing construction and building services projects, carrying out site inspections, monitoring quality and compliance, reviewing technical drawings and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services, construction standards, fire safety compliance and quality assurance. Working closely with contractors, consultants and stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Building Services, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in Clerk of Works inspections and M&E project delivery
• Strong understanding of construction quality, compliance and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
