Matt Bingham
Director (London & South East)Matt Bingham
Meet Matt, an invaluable addition to the BSE|FM team, boasting extensive expertise in the HVAC industry. His background includes navigating the intricacies of data center environments and high-occupancy, high-net-worth critical spaces, collaborating with top manufacturers to prioritise precision and timeliness in installations.
Over the course of his career, Matt gravitated towards specialising in high-end residential HVAC projects, where his knack for innovative designs shines, resulting in luxurious finishes tailored for discerning high-net-worth individuals. However, his professional journey also encompasses diverse commercial projects spanning various sectors, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and even prestigious locales like 10 Downing Street.
With a wealth of experience in both installations and project management, Matt now spearheads the London and Southeast regions for BSEFM. He is dedicated to upholding his exacting standards across our team and supply chain, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction at every stage of our projects.
Daniel Gentle
Director (Midlands)Daniel Gentle
Daniel joined BSE|FM as a Director to head up our Midlands office in the heart of Birmingham. With his wealth of industry experience and a reputation for consistently delivering major projects on time and on budget, Daniel has become an integral part of our Facilities Management leadership team.
Daniel is an experienced professional with over 19 years’ experience in the HVAC and building services industry, having achieved success in establishing and operating a group of mechanical & electrical companies, as well as building a wealth of experience in many consultant technical sales roles with leading companies such as Johnson Controls, Daikin, LG, Hitachi and Lennox.
Daniel has knowledge of both HTM & HBN applications for healthcare sectors, requiring specific temperature, humidity and control requirements. Daniel has been involved with design and implementation of HTM compliant systems serving Operating theatres, Clean rooms, wards, MRI Including Quench pipe design, CT, Mammography, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy & Spec CT.
Daniel has worked with a number of high-profile end users, providing contract negotiation, design, project management and handover; these include – WeWork, Tesco PLC, Crown Plaza Group, NHS & private medical institutions.
Tom Lawrence
Finance DirectorTom Lawrence
Tom joins BSE FM as an experienced commercial and project manager following a career spanning 27 years in a trans-national consumer goods company managing nationwide financial and sales projects.
He has recently developed analytical tools and managed resources while working for a private utility company responsible for the public wastewater collection and treatment, giving him a greater understanding of the type of work the FM team carry out in order to schedule, plan the various activities and communicating this to the client and the project team.
Tom has also been an essential part of the implementation team of our integrated system to ensure compliance with our own Quality Assurance systems.
Tom is married and a father of two boys. In his spare time he is a keen golfer and also enjoys running to keep fit.
Karen Womack
Office ManagerKaren Womack
Karen has been part of the team for several years and her role as Office Manager has broadened into a more hands-on approach with many aspects of our projects. She has a genuine interest to learning and has developed her understanding of the MEP environment through Continued Professional Development and benefits from drawing on skills from her colleagues.
She has recently taken an interest in Mental Health and is currently working towards her Level 2 Certificate Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace as well as undertaking additional training for Health and Safety in the Workplace.
Her cheerful personality shines through and brings a smile to anyone she meets and has a positive effect on our team. During her down time, she enjoys walking the countryside around her home and singing with friends! She also likes to sink into a good juicy novel or a good old fashioned war film when she’s not spending time with family and friends.
