We spend most of our life inside buildings. We grow up, live and work in buildings and the quality of the built environment around us can have dramatic effects on our lives, happiness, health and productivity. Sustainable building services to us means better quality buildings that enhance our life experience inside them and reduce their impact on the natural environment.

Building services is a fundamental part of a building that brings it to life. Together, with architectural design, it identifies how effectively the building could function.

Our ethos has never changed – to build long term sustainable relationships with our clients and supply chain. We appreciate the benefits of repeat business. We believe in actively engaging and communicating with our clients throughout the project life cycle to ensure we have the best possible understanding of their goals and aspirations and that we are in the best position to deliver these.

We work across various areas from Birmingham to the South East of the UK. Much of our work is in and around London working on projects for developers and end user clients. However, we have also worked further afield on a range of projects from refurbishment of data centres and clean rooms in Surrey and Sussex to high profile offices in Worthing and hotels in Kent. This demonstrates BSE|FM are able to work within a wide range of sectors in a wide range of geographic locations. Our offices in Sussex, Birmingham and London allow us to provide reactive support via a 24 hour service to an ever-growing number of clients.

To support our people and clients a professional approach to health, safety, the environment and quality is central to everything we do at BSE|FM.
