- Power Flushing
Heating systems may produce, over time, thick black substance called Magnetite. This substance reduces the efficiency of the heating system by restricting the circulation of water through the pipes and radiators.
- Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance
It is extremely important to have all gas appliances serviced regularly to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently. BSE|FM can carry out an annual service on your boiler and automatically provide an annual reminder of when the next service is due.
- Landlords Annual Gas Safety Certification
Landlord’s must provide a gas safety certification by law. At BSE|FM we can carry out a full inspection of the gas installation and providing all is well, issue a recognised certificate. We offer an automatic reminder, if required, when the renewal date is due.
- Bathroom Supply and Installation

GasSafe
GasSafe is the only official gas registration body of gas businesses and engineers in the United Kingdom. BSE|FM are registered to carry out gas works legally in commercial and domestic premises for all appliances and flues, checking for leaks, carbon monoxide and report any concerns and report illegal gas works by following the legal guidelines set out.
