In 2023 BSE|FM were appointed by bloc HOTELS Group as their annual maintenance and facilities management provider, at their flagship Gatwick South Terminal hotel. We were delighted to be the trusted contractor for such a prestigious hotel group. Our full hard facilities management services include the service and maintenance of the following:

In March 2024 we commenced the replacement of the existing Air Conditioning system throughout the hotel, whilst the building remained fully operational. The replacement was undertaken in phases, system by system, to mitigate disruption, room down time, and considering the impact on the guests’ experience. We also repaired the existing Air Handling Unit and replaced/updated the hotel’s condensers.
